Hi, my name is Sarah Nguyen. Welcome to Talentary, my little spot on the www where I post thoughts about the world of work, business and HR.

Through this blog, I will share my perspective on HR issues. Topics of particular interest to me include performance management, remuneration (when the spreadsheets work!) and career development. People often ask “Why did you get into HR?” – my answer is simple – I enjoy helping solve people problems and helping companies grow into better versions of themselves. I also suspect people ask the question as they aren’t quite sure what HR does – hopefully my blog helps to shed some light on the topic.
